Dr. Rachel Pool

Dr. Pool was born and raised in Orlando, Florida but has ancestral ties to the state of Louisiana. Growing up she lovingly referred to the state as her second home.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Florida State University. During her time there, she worked in a research lab studying the ecology and evolution of fish, followed by work at a wildlife refuge on the Florida Gulf Coast. She attended veterinary school at LSU and graduated in 2020. She then moved to Las Vegas where she started her career and gained a lot of her experience.

Her professional interests include preventative care, internal medicine, surgery, and nutrition.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with family, and going to the beach.
